PENDING Judge’s decision on
Paparazzi’s motion to dismiss
Hi so my question is if I have $15,000 in damages and I joined the Hopkins Class action case is that a good idea? Or should I just use my evidence and start my own case?
Thank you, Nicole, for asking and for taking the step to be a party in the class action case(s) against Paparazzi, LLC. I cannot give advice about such significant legal moves, but if I were in your shoes, I would seek a lawyer willing to file a case against Paparazzi, LLC that would be tried outside of the State of Utah. This would give me confidence that I would have a fair chance at getting JUSTICE.
I wish you all the best and to everyone involved in Hollins-Johnson. Thank you, truly.
